Delivery Policy

This policy sets out details of delivery for your online purchases. If you require more information or have any questions please email us at sales@topgrip.com.au  (9:00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday).

Where we deliver

We will deliver to most addresses within Australia, but do not deliver to international locations. We require a street address for delivery; unfortunately we cannot deliver bigger parcels to a P.O. Box. Some remote locations cannot be serviced; however Top Grip’s carrier may be able to deliver to a local depot where you can collect your products.

The locations we can deliver to may change from time-to-time. Please email us to find out if we deliver to your location.

How and when we deliver

Following times are base on orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday. Orders placed either after 12 noon, on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day from our warehouse in Melbourne.  Delivery of goods is subject to availability. Large orders will be actioned with stock on hand and the balance of the stock placed on back order.

  • 1-3 working days for delivery to metropolitan areas in Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia
  • 3-5 working days for delivery to a capital city in other States
  • 5-10 working days for delivery to most large regional towns; and other remote locations

During peak periods (Easter, Xmas or New Year), the delivery may take up to 14 working days.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary. Large items, such as stair nosings, require extra handling and may take longer to transport.

Items may be delivered to you individually and/or separately by different couriers and transport agencies.

We are not responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. For certain products, items may be delivered directly to you by a Top Grip supplier.

Please note that the supplier is under strict instructions to only deliver and obtain delivery confirmation from you personally.

Cost of delivery

We offer a flat rate delivery cost of $20 for small parcels, long parcels incur an additional fee which will be provided at the checkout.

Acceptance of delivery

In most cases, delivery parcels require a signature from someone at the delivery address. The person who receives and sings for the products shall be presumed by Top Grip, to be authorised to receive the products. By placing your order you also accept the authority to leave at a safe place when no one is available at the shipping address.

Unfortunately Top Grip and its carriers are unable to provide an estimate of the delivery time. If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery time, we recommend nominating a work address or address of a family member who will be present during the delivery time. In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery, Top Grip’s courier will leave your parcel in a safer place, or Australia Post will leave a collection card for you to collect your delivery from the closest Post Office. Any other courier who may leave a collection card (where the driver believe it is not safe to leave) you will need to contact them directly to make alternative delivery arrangements, which may include a re-delivery fee charged by Top Grip if re-delivery is required.

Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery of the product(s) by the courier.
